FREE FOUR-PART VIRTUAL SERIES · WEDNESDAYS, SEPTEMBER 9–30 · 8:00–8:45 AM PT
A free four-session series for experienced coaches who are ready to understand motivation at the level that determines whether results last.
You've built a strong practice. Your clients set goals, do the work in session, and leave ready to move. And still - some of them stall. The awareness is there. The commitment seems genuine. And then something stops.
When that happens, the quality of their motivation is what has stopped them. Not whether your clients are motivated - they always are. The question is why they're motivated, and whether that reason has what it takes to sustain action over time. Until you can identify the quality of their motivation and address it, the most skillful coaching in the world won't reliably close the gap between knowing and doing.
The four sessions in this series show you what identifying and addressing the quality of a client's motivation looks like, in your conversations, with your current clients, starting the week after each session.

THE RESEARCH BEHIND THIS SERIES
Motivation is not something your clients have or don’t have. The issue is why they do what they do. Or why they don’t do what they say they want to do.
For six decades, Self-Determination Theory researchers have built what is now the most rigorously tested framework in motivation science. The finding that reshapes how coaches work: people are always motivated. The question is never if, the question is why.
When a client's motivation is rooted in external pressure, fear of disappointing someone who matters to them, or the reward of hitting a metric, the quality of that motivation is suboptimal. Suboptimal motivation can produce short-term results. It cannot produce durable change, and it never promotes thriving. The Spectrum of Motivation® identifies six distinct motivational outlooks, three suboptimal outlooks that deplete vitality; three optimal outlooks that generate it and gives coaches a language, a framework for identifying motivational outlooks, and a process for facilitating the shift.
The MojoThriving™ framework operationalizes this in real coaching conversations. The webinar series gives you enough to see the people you coach differently. MojoCoach™ Certification teaches you what to do about what you see.
"After 20 years as a change coach, MojoCoach changed my approach in the first hour. Consider my mind blown."

"My successful coaching business focuses on EQ. I hesitated because most coaching certifications sold competing models or assessments. MojoCoach sharpened what I do — it didn't make me redo what I do."

"I find many coaching programs are American-centric, forcing me to adapt what I learn for my global clients. MojoCoach gave me a universal perspective that I can apply with clients wherever they are on the planet."

THE FOUR SESSIONS
Each session stands on its own; attend one or all four. Together, they build a complete picture of the problem that MojoThriving™ solves and why it matters for your practice. Come to the session that most speaks to where you are right now. Stay for all four.
Every coach has seen this pattern. The client understands the goal. They’ve done the work in session. And then nothing moves.
The instinct is to add more - more insight, more clarity, more accountability. More of what created awareness in the first place. But awareness isn’t the bottleneck. The quality of the client’s motivation is. A client who is stuck because they don’t know what to do is a different problem from a client who is stuck because their motivational outlook is working against them. Until you can make that distinction, you keep solving the wrong problem.
Session 1 introduces the Spectrum of Motivation® - the six motivational outlooks that explain what you’ve been observing in clients for years. You’ll leave with a new way of seeing what’s happening motivationally, and a question you won’t be able to stop asking: which outlook is my client in right now?
You'll leave with:
→ A new way of seeing what's happening beneath a client's behavior, before you say a word
→ The insight that the awareness-to-action gap is almost always a question of the quality of your client's motivation, not a knowledge gap
→ The beginning of a framework for identifying motivational outlooks that MojoCoach™ Certification teaches you to use in real time

Coaches often rely on approaches that feel like good practice: milestone rewards, praise for hitting targets, urgency-based accountability. These tools are familiar, well-intentioned, and widely used. They are also, according to the research, generating suboptimal motivation in clients. Not in every case and not always visibly, but consistently enough that the results require constant reinforcement rather than sustaining themselves.
The research is clear: the difference between results that require constant reinforcement and those that last is the quality of a client’s motivation. Session 2 makes that distinction impossible to ignore and shows you what coaches who understand it do differently.
You'll leave with:
→ A clear picture of what suboptimal motivation costs your clients, and your coaching relationship, over time
→ The insight that familiar coaching tools may be solving for compliance rather than lasting change
→ An understanding of why optimal motivation produces thriving, not just results, and what that means for how you coach

MojoThriving™ is built around a specific kind of coaching conversation, one designed not to move a client forward, but to shift the motivational foundation they’re standing on before they try to move. The MojoConversation™ is genuinely different from a standard coaching conversation: different questions, different structure, a different goal.
Session 3 introduces the MojoConversation™ - what makes it distinctive, what it accomplishes that a standard coaching conversation can’t, and what it sounds like when a coach uses it to identify a client’s motivational outlook and begin a shift. You’ll also encounter the midstream version: the moment in a session when a coach recognizes a client is stuck, pivots to a motivation conversation in real time, and returns to the work at hand with a client who is ready to move.
Session 3 is designed to leave you wanting to know how to have that conversation. MojoCoach™ Certification is where you learn.
You'll leave with:
→ An understanding of why a motivation conversation is structurally different from a standard coaching conversation and why that difference matters
→ A first look at what the MojoConversation™ sounds like and what it accomplishes
→ A clear sense of what you’d be able to do with this skill if you had it and what it would mean for your clients

The final session shifts from teaching to demonstration. What do certified MojoCoaches do differently in the room with clients? What do their clients experience? What does the full MojoThriving™ methodology look like when it’s integrated into a coaching practice, alongside DISC, GROW, Myers-Briggs, or whatever a coach already uses?
Session 4 answers those questions with specificity. Enrollment in MojoCoach™ Certification is open from the moment you know you’re ready, whether that’s after Session 1, Session 4, or somewhere in between. Session 4 is simply the fullest demonstration of what you’re stepping into.
You'll leave with:
→ A concrete picture of MojoCoach™ methodology in practice, across different coaching communities
→ An understanding of how MojoCoach™ Certification integrates with, not replaces, your existing tools and frameworks
→ Everything you need to decide whether the Founding Cohort is your next step

WHEN YOU'RE READY TO GO FURTHER
The webinar series is complete on its own. The certification is what comes next.
The four sessions give you a new way of seeing your clients and a working understanding of why conventional motivation approaches fall short. What they don’t give you is the methodology for doing something about it, the trained ability to identify a client’s motivational outlook in real time, facilitate the shift, and build a coaching practice around the quality of motivation rather than the quantity.
MojoCoach™ Certification teaches exactly that. Cohort-based and certification-graded, with proprietary AI-assisted competency validation built specifically for the MojoConversation™, MojoConversation™ Kits differentiated by coaching community, model integration guidance, and two live sessions with Susan Fowler. The certification methodology is not new; it has been field-tested across beta cohorts and two decades of research. The Founding Cohort is the first time it has been built and delivered in this format.
Founding Cohort members receive what subsequent cohorts do not - a live closing conversation with Susan, acknowledgement as a Founding MojoCoach in future program materials, first access to new MojoConversation™ Kits, and a direct role in shaping how this methodology is taught going forward.
MojoCoach™ Certification Investment:
